We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product being out of stock, payment processing issues, or if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at help@mefzy.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
2.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

By placing an order on Mefzy, you warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
3. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
3.1 Shipping Estimates
Delivery dates and times provided are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to meet these dates but are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, customs, etc.).
3.2 Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from the Site passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., FedEx, USPS, etc.). Mefzy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are transferred to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the respective carrier for lost or damaged shipments.
3.3 International Shipments
For international orders, you are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or fees levied by your destination country. Mefzy is not responsible for any packages held or rejected by customs.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
