✈ Mefzy Shipping and Delivery Policy (U.S. Only)

This policy outlines everything you need to know about the processing, shipping, and delivery of your Mefzy order. We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We work hard to get your main-character fits to you as quickly and securely as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
A. Processing Definition
Order processing refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment, including verifying payment, quality checks, and packaging.
B. Timeline
- All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) from the date of purchase.
- Orders placed after [Insert Cutoff Time, e.g., 12:00 PM CST] or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
- High-Volume Periods: During sales events, holidays, or new collection drops, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify customers of any significant delays.
C. Verification Delay
If an order is flagged by our security system for potential fraud (as detailed in our Payment & Security policy), processing may be delayed pending identity verification.
2. Shipping Options and Costs (Domestic U.S. Only)
We offer various shipping services exclusively for destinations within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and location of your order.
- Standard Shipping:
- Estimated Transit Time (After Processing): 3 – 7 Business Days.
- Notes: This is our most economical option.
- Expedited Shipping:
- Estimated Transit Time (After Processing): 2 – 3 Business Days.
- Notes: A faster service for time-sensitive orders.
- Overnight Shipping:
- Estimated Transit Time (After Processing): 1 Business Day.
- Notes: This option offers the highest priority delivery speed.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number.
- A link to the carrier’s website where you can monitor the status of your package.
Note: Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to become active after you receive the email.
4. Shipping and Delivery Liability (Crucial Protection)
A. Title and Risk of Loss
The responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the shipment is delivered to the shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, USPS). Mefzy is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier accepts the shipment.
B. Insurance
We recommend customers consider adding shipping insurance at checkout for higher-value orders.
C. Incorrect Address
The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If a package is returned to Mefzy due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
D. Delivery Confirmation
We rely on the carrier’s delivery confirmation as proof that the item was successfully delivered to the provided address. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
